During our stay at the hotel, we were pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome and excellent service provided by the staff. The private parking was convenient, and we appreciated the lift that took us directly from the car park to our floor. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with comfortable beds and effective heating. The buffet breakfast was satisfactory, and the waiter was kind enough to make us coffee according to our preferences. our experience at Kristal Palas was enjoyable and I would recommend this hotel to others.

It was also conveniently located not far from the road that leads to Marko's Towers. The service was excellent, with amenities such as room service, car hire, dry cleaning, and housekeeping readily available. The staff were friendly and accommodating, offering a warm welcome drink upon arrival. The room was spacious and comfortable, equipped with modern amenities like air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a flat-screen TV. We especially enjoyed the terrace, which had comfortable garden furniture and offered a peaceful spot to relax.

The hotel was a bit far from the town center, so a bit of a walk was necessary. , the room could have been quieter as we could hear noises from the nearby weddings.
